I've had these glasses for a while now, and I like them, but I don't wear them as often as some other glasses because even after making adjustments, they feel kind of tight after a while. Also, the progressive lens line is a little high, so I have to adjust my head position sometimes to see well. I like the style a lot, though, and they look good on.

I had previously written a 1-Star review due to an issue with the mirror coating. I'm submitting this 5-Star review to counteract that due to the outstanding customer service I experienced after leaving that initial review. The team at GlassesShop offered to remake them at a discount but due to my desire to order another two pair that are not this frame, they instead offered me a significant discount on that order. Outstanding customer service! Thank you GlassesShop!

Received glasses today. Impressed with quality and service. I definitely would recommend glasses shop. 1/3 cost of my current prescription glasses. I probably will be ordering prescription sun glasses soon. Thanks Glasses Shop.

I haven't received the glasses yet but I wanted to commend customer service for the very helpful and professional way they helped me with my order. I accidentally applied 2 coupons to the sale that would have changed my order. I contacted customer service and they assisted me in getting things straightened out. Ordering things online can be a risk if the online company doesn't respond to problems and GlassesShop customer service responded promptly and helped fix the issues.

I have received my glasses today and I am very happy with them and I will certainly be using Glasses Shop again when I need to replace these ones. It has been a quick and easy ordering system, communication has been excellent and all of my questions have been answered. Considering that I live in the UK. I was surprised that I did not have to wait longer to receive these glasses. Very happy.
